Eric Felder brings more than 30 years of experience spanning the global capital markets with a strong track record of leadership across sales and trading, portfolio management, risk oversight, and firm‑wide strategy on both the buy‑side and sell‑side. His career reflects a combination of market expertise, institutional leadership, and investment acumen across public and private markets.

Eric began his career as an equity trader at D. E. Shaw following his graduation from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Decision Sciences. He went on tospend more than two decades at Lehman Brothers, advancing from Debt Capital Markets to ultimately lead Global Credit, and later oversee global sales andtrading across all asset classes. Following Lehman’s integration into BarclaysCapital, Eric continued in senior executive roles, managing complex riskexposures and deepening strategic market relationships across geographies andasset classes.

Transitioning to the buy‑side, Eric joined Magnetar Capital, a $22 billion multi‑strategy hedge fund, as a Partner leading the firm’s event‑driven business, investing in merger arbitrage, catalyst driven equities, and credit opportunities. He later joined Citadel, an alternative asset manager with over$70 billion in AUM, where he served as Head of Fundamental Strategies overseeing global credit and equity portfolios and serving on the Investment Committee reporting directly to Founder Ken Griffin. Most recently, Eric served as Chief Executive Officer of Moelis Asset Management, where led and grew a diversified platform encompassingdirect lending, venture capital, private equity, and credit strategies.

Eric has served on the Boards of Building with Books, Venture for America and is active at NY Presbyterian Hospital.
